(1) Pressure is absent from 1100 26 Feb 89 through 0700 29 Mar 79, and again from 0800 31 Jul 89 through the end of the record. (2) Temperature ends early at 1900 28 Jul 89. (3) Salinity ends at 1500 27 Jun 89. (4) Direction ends early at 1600 26 Oct 89. There are several extended episodes of zero speed, beginning in July 89, during which direction sticks at 351 degrees. This constant value for direction appears to be an artifact of the data processing. The speed zeros probably represent below-threshold speeds.
