The salinity series contains short gaps on 05/06 Nov 92,
15 Feb 93, and 27/28 Aug 93. The gaps occur where salinity
shows an unrealistically large increase or decrease between
succesive deployments of the mooring. We think this may be
due to uncalibrated or drifting sensors. We have not
bridged these gaps.

A longer gap in salinity occurs in lines 2472 (2300 09 Jun 92)
through 4301 (0400 25 Aug 92). This gap is coextensive with
the second deployment of the mooring. In this case the current
meter lacked a salinity sensor.
