In fact, the final 140 days of the speed record had been zeroed. We do not know whether this was caused by an instrument failure or whether the current speed really was below the instrument's stall speed for the entire 140 days. Either is possible, but we are inclined to think it was an instrument failure and have removed the final 140 days of speed.
