MAFF has provided the following note:

The pressure measurements are in conflict with mooring details
(meter situated 620m above the seafloor in a water depth of 1500m).
The mean recorded pressure suggests a meter depth of about 800m
with a maximum of about 1070m. Such a large "knockdown" is unlikely
and it is possible that the sensor, which was calibrated after
recovery of the mooring, is faulty. The pressure data should
be used with caution.
