Approximately 31% of the speeds registered by this current meter
were at or below the instrument's threshold, and have been set
to 1 cm/sec.

On 18 Apr 91 pressure decreased suddenly by about 45 db, then
returned to its previous level about 3 weeks later. This decrease
is not correlated with any variations in the pressure record
from the current meter above this one, and appears to be an instrument
error of some kind.
