Speed and direction end a few days early, at line 5076
(1200 28 Nov 1990). As with other instruments on this mooring,
speed often is below the rotor's threshold and direction is
constant or nearly so at such times. Below threshold speeds
have been set to 0.55 cm/sec (half the stall speed).
