Approximately 10% of the speeds recorded by this meter were below
the instrument's threshold and have been set to 0.93 cm/sec (half
the threshold).

There appears to be a problem with the pressure record from
this meter, which shows a decrease of about 60 db over 5 days
in early April 1996. Pressure then remains at the lower level.
This drop in pressure is not seen in the record from the instrument
above this one. It is difficult to account for except as sensor
drift.

Move up one level.
