Conductivity values in this record are anomalously low, averaging
about 28 mmho/cm. This may indicate a sensor failure or a bad
calibration. Use these data with caution.

Speed contains two gaps, in lines 1493 - 3069 (0005 24 Jan 94 -
1605 30 Mar 94) and from line 6156 (0705 6 Aug 94) through the end
of the record. Both gaps appear to have resulted from rotorcounter
failures. The initial portion of the record, before the first gap,
contains a large number of speeds at or below the current meter's
threshold; some of these may also be due to rotorcounter failures.
Direction is present throughout in the record.
