All parameters contain a large number of interpolations to replace
data cycles missing due to tape reading problems. 1203 missing data
cycles were restored, of a total of 29134 cycles. The interpolations
appear to be grouped mostly near the beginning of the record and in
early 1994. Data quality does not appear to have been adversely
affected - at least at lower frequencies.
