PVDs from Central B-1

The 404 meter instrument lost its rotor during deployment. The PVD
shown here assumes a constant speed of 20 cm/sec, which is close to
the average speed at the same depth at Mooring E-1.

Directions in the PVD below are somewhat suspect because of their
narrow range and unexpected eastward tendency.
