The stated depth of this meter is some 80 m shallower than the
depth that corresponds to the minimum pressure that the instrument
recorded. 

The original version of this file has an apparent rotorcounter
failure in lines 1062 - 1071 (0900 7 aug 95 - 18 7 Aug 95). CMDAC
has prepared an alternate version of the file in which this portion
of the speed record has been bridged by predictive interpolation.
