The interpolations are rather rough; CMDAC has prepared an alternate file in which the linear interpolations have been replaced with predictive interpolations, in the two horizontal components. (The vertical velocity component is more random in character and does not lend itself to the predictive technique.) Both versions of the file are available on this disk.
