However, the minimum pressure recorded by the instrument, 1923.5 db, corresponds to a depth of about 1901 m. If this pressure is correct, the depths of some of the other current meters on this mooring should be adjusted accordingly. The PI's comment for this record is "sticky compass". This apparently refers to some surprising spikes and shifts in the direction series. Use these data with caution.
