In addition, both series end early, at line 5384 (1600 8 Mar 94). Approximately 7% of the speeds were at or below the current meter's threshold (1 cm/sec) and have been set to the threshold value. This record contains two temperature series, which have been designated temp 1 and temp 2. The resolution of temp 1 is better than that of temp 2, and its mean value is different. The PI suggests that both be made available and that the user make an independent judgement as to which series is more accurate.
