There are possible speed dropouts on 22 Apr 87 and again
on 25 and 26 Apr 87. (Speed dropouts result from failures
of the current meter's rotorcounter.) Also, speed has been
set to zero from 21 Nov 87 to 1 Dec 87. Is this a rotorcounter
failure or an actual episode of below-threshold speeds?
Speeds from the other meter on this mooring, which was 100
meters shallower, are low but above threshold during this
time.
