About 10% of the speeds appear to have been below the current
meter's threshold and have been set to the thershold value
(1.5 cm/sec). Most of these speeds occur during the final month
of the record. (In situations like this, where speeds are markedly
lower at the end of a deployment, one should consider the
possibility that the bearings of the meter's rotor bearings may
have gone bad, or that the rotor may have become fouled by growth.)
