Experiment name: Iceland-Faroe Overflow (ACM8) Principal Investigator: P.Saunders PI's affiliation: Inst. Oceanog. Sci. After the middle of July 1991 the temperature series is quite smooth and appears to have been heavily interpolated or perhaps filtered. CMDAC has prepared an alternate version of this file, in which the first 11 days of speed and the final 44 days of temperature have been removed. The direction series is present throughout in the alternate file. Both versions of the file are available on this disk.
