Southwest Mooring of ACM25/26

Click on links in the table below to view metadata and download current and temperature records. Note that the mooring was occupied three times (Phases 1, 2, and 3) and that the instrumentation included Vector Measuring Current Meters (VMCMs) and Brancker Temperature Recorders (BTRs).

Most of the Phase 3 time series that were supplied to CMDAC are 222 days in length. Several of the temperature series, however, are shorter - only 130 days in length. This is surprising, since the short series were obtained with VMCMs whose speed and direction series have the full 222-day duration; also, these short temperature series are shown as having the longer duration (222 days) in the Subduction data report.
