These data originally were recorded with a time increment
of 15 minutes. After editing, all series were smoothed with
a 3-hour lowpass Lanczos filter. Frequencies higher than
about 6 cycles per day have been greatly attenuated.

The 119.1 decibar minimum pressure recorded by this meter
suggests that its actual depth was greater than 100 m.

There is an unusual 3-hour spike in speed on 17 Apr 90, and
a similar spike in pressure a day earlier. These spikes may
be due to instrument failures.

Move up one level.
