Approximately 32% of the speeds were at or below the current
meter's threshold and have been set to 1 cm/sec.

This record contains two temperature series, which have been
designated temp 1 and temp 2. The resolution of temp 1 is better
than that of temp 2, and its mean value is different. The PI
suggests that both be made available and that the user make an
independent judgement as to which series is more accurate. We
note, however, that temp 2 is extremely noisy from May 93 through
Oct 93 - almost certainly an instrument failure.
