Approximately 18% of the speeds in this record were at or below
the instrument's threshold. These speeds have been set to the
threshold value (1 cm/sec). 

Blowover of this mooring was substantial. Several large dips in
temperature can be related to blowover (see the pressure record
from the instrument above this one on the mooring). The mooring
appears to have slipped downslope and settled about 35 meters
deeper during a high-speed event at the end of February 1991.
