Blowover of this mooring was substantial, apparently due to failure
of some of the buoyancy elements. Blowover was greatest on 30 Mar 91,
when the pressure sensor recorded a value of 1024.7 db (which places
the current meter nearly 800 meters deeper than its nominal depth).

Approximately 17% of the speeds in this record were at or below the
instrument's threshold. These speeds have been set to the threshold
value (1 cm/sec).
