Speed and direction seem noisy, with many zero speed/direction
pairs and some linear interpolations. Not the best data.

During extreme blowover conditions the pressure sensor frequently
reaches its upper limit at 55.6 db. Pressure also contains some
linear interpolations, notably during 18 Jan 2000 thruough 24 Jan.

The instrument carried temperature and salinity sensors but their
return was intermittent and not worth including here.
