This meter's speed sensor malfunctioned during the first several
months of the experiment. The first good speed, u, and v are at
line 10331 (1630 8 Dec 95). Direction is present throughout.
Approximately 20% of the speeds after 8 Dec 95 were below the
instrument's threshold and have been set to 0.93 cm/sec (half
the threshold).
