Approximately 45% of the speeds recorded by this meter were
below the instrument's threshold and have been set to 0.93 cm/sec
(half the threshold). 

As with several other current records from the Center Array,
the depth that one obtains from line lengths is significantly
less than the depth calculated from the pressure record.  We
have used the depth from line lengths as the depth of the
instrument.
