This instrument lost its Savonius rotor during launch.

Pressure is offscale in a few places, most notably for a few hours
during 26 Dec 2003 and 22 Jan 2003. The offscale value is 735.8 decibars.

The current meter's clock was running 9 minutes 12 seconds slow at
recovery.
