This instrument lost its Savonius rotor during launch; no speeds
were recorded. 

The direction series ends at line 15904 (0900 19 Feb 04). The
compass recorded 1023s after that point; it is not clear why.
Directions previous to that failure are unusual and may also be
in error. They cluster narrowly around two values - 180 degrees
true and 300 degrees true, with few values outside the two clusters.

The clock was running 12 minutes 46 seconds slow at recovery.
